Package Deposit

Reservation & Deposit
By booking a Bottle Service Package with Stars Men’s Club (“Company”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total package price, payable online at the time of booking via credit or debit card.
Reservation Policy
Your reservation guarantees seating, bottle selections as described in your package, and VIP service for your party. Packages are subject to availability and may vary by date, time, and event. We reserve the right to modify seating arrangements based on club configuration and occupancy levels.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Reservations may be rescheduled for a future date, subject to availability, but must be used within 12 months of the original booking date. Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time. Failure to appear without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Age & Identification
All guests must be at least 21 years of age with valid government-issued photo identification. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone without proper identification or who appears intoxicated or disruptive.
Club Policies
Bottle Service guests are subject to all standard club rules, regulations, and dress codes. Management reserves the right to deny service or remove any guests who violate these policies, without refund.
Payment
The total package price includes a 20% service gratuity and 6.5% sales tax, which are automatically calculated at the time of booking. The remaining balance (after deposit) is due at the time of service. Additional gratuity beyond the included amount is always at the discretion of the guest and may be provided to your server or host at your convenience. Accepted payment methods include cash or credit/debit cards.
Privacy
The Company values your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to manage your reservation and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, government regulations, or venue closures.
Modification of Terms
Thee Original Dollhouse reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.

Merchandise Orders

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 per item within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Backorders

Some sizes may be available on backorder. If an item in your order is not currently in stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated shipping timeframe. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available.

Returns & Refunds

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review item descriptions and sizing details carefully before placing your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both a bottle service package and merchandise, the relevant terms for each category apply separately.
